Colorescience makes very high grade cosmetics. These have been developed by Diane Ranger, the inventor of mineral makeup, and the founder of Bare Essentials. She then continued to develop her concepts and founded Colorescience. We are happy to make this high quality line available in Columbus.

Colorescience has several advantages: It is pure mineral makeup so it’s very concentrated, long lasting & economical. It has no talc (a filler found in most mineral makeups that settles into and accentuates skin lines). There is no mineral oil to clog pores. The non-cream products require no preservatives. The mineral bases are micronized zinc oxide and titanium dioxide and are very sun protective.

The products are very easy to use. The basic daily regimen is short, simple and saves time. It consists of just Primer, Foundation, Sunforgettable sunscreen & Spritzer to set it. These can be used in any combination or each works well alone. In addition we have other Colorescience products for different purposes as shown below. Colorescience Primer

Evens out skin tones, rehydrates, gives a smooth velvety tone and decreases redness. Goes on first, then Sunforgettable or foundation. These even have an SPF 20. Only a small amount is needed for the whole face.

Smoothing, soothing skin lightener with antioxidants: green tea, grape seed extract, vitamin E, and beta carotene. Lemon mousse product.

Wild to Mild
Soothing skin bronzer, also has antioxidants and rice peptides

Chocolate Mousse
For darker skin tones including Asian and Black. Has real chocolate in it. Good for oily skin.

Colorescience Suncanny Brush Foundation

The CS makeups have micronized minerals so they have a silky texture, luminous and not chalky, Contains 6% zinc and 6% titanium with SPF 20. It is also a real physical sunblock, very concentrated and long-lasting. This comes in an applicator with a built-in brush so it’s very easy to apply and takes the mess out of minerals - just brush it on!

Colorescience Sunforgettable

The very first powder sunscreen. This is a physical sunblock. It reflects light instead of absorbing it so it doesn’t produce heat like traditional sunscreens and is effective immediately. It blocks both UVA and UVB with SPF 30. It is non-greasy and good for all ages and it is oil free so you can use it with acne.

Each of the tint levels is available in either a convenient retractable Brush Applicator system or a Shaker Can.
