March 18, 2010 -- Skin Cancer & Melanoma Section Added to our Website

With Spring and Summer rapidly approaching and folks getting lots of sun exposure over the coming months, all the more reason for Dr. Steinberg to share some great (and very important) information about Melanomas and Skin Cancers. Check out those new sections, along with more Melanoma photos added to the Skin Cancers section of our Photo Gallery.

February 1, 2010 -- New! Photo Galleries Added to our Website

We have been hard at work preparing an entirely new section for the website. Check out the new Photo Galleries, where you'll find photos of skin cancers, some of the common surgical procedures we perform, and some of the common skin conditions we treat. We will be adding more photos and more sections to the photo gallery over time, so visit often and check out what's new.

April 21, 2009 -- "In the Media" Page Added to Our Website

We thought you might want to keep up with some of the articles and news appearances featuring Dr. Steinberg and the Advanced Dermatology Center. So we added a new page to our site titled "In the Media." Look for a link to it in the menu on the left-hand side of any page of our website.

This is a free service to you which makes it possible for you to quickly know when there's something happening on our website.

You only need to do it one time, and you can do so anywhere that it appears on our website, and you'll be set. March 24, 2009 -- More "Before and After" Photos, and Updated Botox Patient Handout

We just added more "before and after" photos to the Advanced Dermatology Center webiste. Visit the Scar Treatments page and the Laser Hair Removal Page to see for yourself real results experienced by some of our patients. We have also updated the Botox Information handout sheet which give our patients. If you have previously downloaded and printed it, we ask that you please go to the Botox Treatment page and download the updated version.

March 22, 2008 -- WANTED: YOUR Stories!

We frequently hear patients in our office talking about how pleased they are with their treatment, the results, and their experience at the Advanced Dermatology Center. To wit, we want to give you the opportunity to share YOUR personal A.D.C. story on our website. We won't use your name (just initials or a first name -- you tell us which.) Send your testimonial to us by e-mail and keep an eye on our website to see if it shows up soon. We might also use some of these in newsletters, etc. If you have friends and family that are patients of Dr. Steinberg and the Advanced Dermatology Center, be sure to invite them to share their stories, too. We have added a new page to the Advanced Dermatology Center website with expanded information on Botox treatments. There are also two Adobe pdf documents with even more information on Botox treatments which you can download from the new page. January 25, 2009 -- NEW WEBSITE FEATURES ROLLED-OUT

We're excited to announce that as of today a couple of the new features we've been looking forward to adding to our website are up and running. These include:

• An E-Mail List Sign-Up Feature
• RSS Feed Sign-Up Feature

We invite you to sign up for our e-mail list so that you'll receive prompt notification of exciting things going on at the Advanced Dermatology Center. Just a bit of "insider" info... we plan to offer some "web only" specials now and then. To take advantage of these, you'll need to visit our website and print out the corresponding "coupon/offer" and bring it to our office. We might also be doing an occasional drawing from among our e-mail list members, good for a gift certificate redeemable at our offices toward any of the wonderful skin care products we carry. So be sure to click on the "Join our E-mail List" link on the menu to the left of this text -- and be sure to tell your friends and family members to do the same! Please note: we will not give your e-mail address or information to anyone else. Your privacy, trust, and confidence are very important to us.

Our RSS feed feature is another convenient way for you to keep up with the latest news headlines from our website. January 22, 2009 -- OUR WEBSITE IS UNDERGOING A "FACELIFT!"

We're proud to announce that we're rapidly making some significant upgrades and additions to our website. Along with a few "cosmetic changes" -- please pardon the intentional pun, we couldn't help ourselves -- we are in the process of adding many new features.

This "News & Updates" page is just the tip of the iceberg. You should bookmark this page and visit often to get up-to-the-minute information about our services, advancements in dermatology and skin care, links to good articles, and information about new products. But we are in the process of setting up "RSS" feeds on the site, too. If you're not familiar with RSS feeds, check the help features on your web browser, or use Google to look up something like "using RSS feeds." With RSS, you can receive the equivalent of news headlines from one or more sites automatically within your web browser. In a nutshell, you simply go one time to the site you want to keep up with and select the option to sign up for the RSS feeds. It's pretty simple, really... that's why they call it "RSS," which stands for "Really Simple Syndication."

We will also be adding more video content like you see already on the home page. We've already added several of the handouts we give our patients on the more common or newer procedures. You can download these any time you'd like in Adobe PDF format for viewing and printing. If you don't already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system, you can get it absolutely free at www.adobe.com. You'll see links to download these at various locations across our site, such as the Fractional Laser Skin Resurfacing page.

We will also be adding an e-mail sign-up feature very soon. We know that some people prefer the "new, old fashioned way" of just having information sent to them by e-mail. Keep a check on our site for that feature to also appear here on the site very soon.
